Bobbie did an outstanding job replacing all the window coverings in my new home on the main level and basement.  Not only did he come to measure the windows and give me a free estimate, he came back and remeasured all the windows again as I wanted blinds on the outside of the windows and not within the window sills.  I hadn't made this clear at the initial meeting.  He patiently helped me to get the right matching color for the blinds as well and wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it including which side to consistently have the wand and pull up strings for a uniform appearance.  Blinds were also of exceptional quality as he has worked for many years to establish which vendors to work with.  In two weeks he came back to install all the blinds and did a beautiful installation.  I couldn't get over how the new blinds transformed the home into looking like totally different, brand new home!  A couple of blinds needed to be replaced as they were a bit too big and Bobbie replaced them with no hesitation.  Bobbie was a pleasure to work with and a man of integrity.  His word/follow through is good and I highly recommend him to anyone needing an expert installation! – Amy W.
